Nothing beats a good coffee! Especially if that coffee comes right after your eyes open, or a hard workout. I just wanted to write a quick little shoutout to the coolest little coffee shop in my small town: Aromas Coffee Shop.
Well known fact: I am a horrible coffee addict. Anyone who knows me knows I will drink coffee all day or any time of the day. Over the years, apparently, I became very “bougie” about my coffee. I grind my own beans, only use “snooty” coffee makers like pour overs or French presses. I might even drink my coffee with a pink up in the air while I sit and judge “the little people” who are still drinking Folgers coffee.
Seriously though, this place is so cool! They have a “take a book – leave a book” program. Two of my favorite things: reading and coffee! You literally just take a book you want to read, it’s yours. You can bring in books and leave them for others to read.
The people are super cool, or maybe it’s just me. Several of people who work here I know by name now and they know my coffee. I got to know them through my frequent visits to this place.
Also, there’s a large backroom, more like side room, that is available for booking for parties or events. Amazing pastries, and I’m not even much of a pastry guy and I’m saying they’re great.
Finally, everyone seems to love this place, with good reason! I have never been much of a flavored coffee person, but they have changed me. I don’t know where they get their beans but the coffee roaster is amazing!
Aromas Coffee definitely gets two big 👍👍 from me!
